Impact

Our journey in this field began through our collaboration with Knowtechture, a company that played a key role in supporting international NGOs and global health projects. Following Knowtechture’s integration into BAO Systems, we have continued to contribute to these initiatives under BAO’s leadership — expanding our involvement in new and existing projects focused on global health, education, and humanitarian action.

Through this work, we’ve been part of digital initiatives with organizations such as EngenderHealth, IPPF (International Planned Parenthood Federation), Marie Stopes International, PSI (Population Services International), Fòs Feminista – International Alliance for Sexual and Reproductive Health Care, the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) and Save the Children, among others.

In addition, we proudly collaborate with Elimu África, a non-profit organization based in Palma de Mallorca that supports education and community development projects in Kenya. Our partnership focuses on creating digital platforms that connect donors, volunteers, and local initiatives to promote lasting social change.

These collaborations allow us to apply our expertise in UX/UI design and digital technology to projects that have a tangible impact on people’s lives.

We are also proud of our participation in the development of DHIS2 Android in collaboration with the University of Oslo (UiO) — a clear example of how technology can strengthen data management and healthcare systems worldwide.
